new_releases   Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products against manufacturing and printing defects for a period of 20 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case of non-conformities, any product will be replaced by another of equal value. Claims must be submitted in writing via e-mail within 8 calendar days after the expiration of the warranty.

price_check   Prices

Prices shown do not include VAT. Our prices are based on the elaboration and delivery in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, being the freight the responsibility of the customer.

local_shipping   Delivery

Standard delivery time is 10 to 15 calendar days from approval of originals or designs. We do not assume responsibility for delays attributable to the customer or for modifications made to the initial instructions. It is important to note that in cases of orders with considerable volume, delivery time may be extended. In such situations, the duration of the process may vary and the customer will be informed of the additional estimated time. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these cases.

Delivery of unprinted items will be made within 2 to 5 calendar days once the total settlement of the order has been confirmed. Delays generated by the customer will affect the delivery date.

We have preferential agreements with various couriers for foreign shipments, with up to 40% discount compared to standard rates. We reserve the right to deliver plus-minus 5% of the quantity ordered in the order.

Any cancellation by the customer is subject to a 50% charge corresponding to the value of the cancelled items.

In case of alterations to the package, please contact the parcel's customer service and notify our offices.

Delivery is subject to unforeseen delays due to circumstances such as national emergencies, government regulations, changes in customs legislation, trade restrictions, difficulties in the supply of raw materials, delays in the means of transportation, acts of God or force majeure.

Any order requires a down payment of 50%, including VAT. The remaining balance must be settled prior to delivery or shipment in case of foreign orders. All orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment of deposits or transfers made by the customer, duly confirmed by the bank.

In the case of payments through deposit or bank transfer, we request that they are made with reference to the customer's name, and our sales department is notified.

In accordance with article 193 of the Law of Credit Instruments and Operations, a charge of 20% of the value of the check will be applied in case it is returned for lack of funds.
